Interesting photograph! I didn't know the birds like the seeds. Now I do! I've always cut my off because it makes the plant put on more flowers. We are starting to need rain now. We haven't had a drop for over 2 weeks. The grass is starting to brown and the flowers are looking pretty wilted. Calling for rain on Thurs. so hope we get at least an inch.
