Missouri Iris

Finally caught a mild, windy day. Luckily, the rain hadn't knock all of them down. It's been so windy around here lately, I can't capture any of the flowers in their prime.

Our Friendship

Our friendship began many years ago when we met on a computer craft forum. We both enjoy doing computer crafts for our friends and family. This blog is simply a way to bridge the miles between two friends. We have never met each other personally but feel like we know each other about as well as one can without actually meeting. Since our friendship began, we've added digital scrapbooking and photography to our hobbies. So, this blog is a way to showcase our photography as well as the scrapbook pages we create out of them. Our photography is not technically correct but it captures moments in our lives for our future generations and inspires us to do better each time we squeeze that shutter button.

Anyone that says that time stands still really isn't living...it's been a bit over 5 years since we posted the first image on here on Feb. 17th 2008. Seems like yesterday! I've enjoyed the journey and hope to continue it for many more years to come. I've seen Nita's grands grow and she has seen mine, even though we have never met in person. She knows me as well as my best friend does and visa versa. I've learned so much from her and hope I've shared just a bit of knowledge to her. Nita is the design guru for our blog and this new layout is just a bit of her talent. She has a designers eye and it shows in everything she does. Me, I'm just along for the ride...LOL...

So, pull up a chair and grab a cup of coffee. Nita and I love to share our likes and passions. And, if you like what you see, leave us a little comment...it will make our day!
