This is a Weight Watchers recipe. Angel Food cake mix (one that you only add water to,I use Betty Crocker) a 20oz. can of crushed pineapple. Just mix the two together with a spoon pour into a 9 x 13 pan bake at 350° for about 30 minutes. Cut into 12 pieces 3 points each. Add a
drop of fat free cool whip. It's pretty good. The middle always falls some but it's still good.
Sounds good. I was just telling Bill the other day that I hadn't had an upside down Pineapple cake in a long time. This would be like one and easier to make. I'm fixing smothered steak for supper with baked potatoes. No desert tonight. Bill is out deer hunting so I've had the weekend to myself.
