We re-vistied my favorite door. She was much braver this year....never even hesitated when I asked her to stand in front of it. Last year, she complained about all the spider webs...LOL..
I Love this one. Color perfect angle perfect leaves in foreground perfect. JUST PERFECT. Is she holding a branch in her left hand? If so that was a perfect addition to the shot.
I don't remember seeing this door before but I wish I had one.....LOL
Nope, that is a vine growing around the door...she is just standing inside it. I'll see if I can find the post of the door.
After having the camera for 3 years, I FINALLY figured out how to use the flash on wireless. I could always do it with the a100 but once I upgraded to the a700, I couldn't get it to work...tried it at the wedding I shot but nothing was working. Finally figured out (on my own, hard to believe!!) to put it on a channel on the flash and pull my on-camera flash up...worked like a charm. We sat it on the chair in front of her to brighten up her face, since it was in the shadow of the door casing, and it really improved the shot.
