That is a snowman and for the life of me I cannot remember the man or cartoon that the man played in where he was white headed, wore a tuxedo and a top hat with a red flower in the hat....that is why I added the flower to the hat of the snowman. Someday, maybe it will all come back to me but I remember it as a child growing up.
