Goldenrod & Aster

Stopped along the road the other day to snap this.

  1. We think so much alike some times its spooky! I hadn't captured these yet but had been looking and thinking about it for about a week. There is a reserve on my route that has native wildflowers. The large field had never been plowed and the ant hills in it are about a foot tall. They figure the ants are well over a 1000 years old and the wildflowers have been there forever. They burn it off in the Spring and its beautiful right now with the goldenrod, asters and queen Anne's lace.

  2. Forgot what I was fingers get sidetracked as much as my brain does...LOL...
this is a great how you composed the asters in the corner!
