Are you getting tired of seeing Queen Anne's Lace yet? This is the last for me. The ribbon is from Shabby Princess and the sequins from Digital Design Essentials. Color changed by me. I also tried to make the ribbon look like it's going down through the background using the dodge and burn tools.
